We are Arya QSR Limited, a proud Jamaican-owned company and the exclusive Jamaican operators of the Alabama, USA based BirdShack Fried Chicken franchise. Born of Cajun roots, BirdShack now serves up bold tasting chicken inspired meals at our ever expanding store footprint across Jamaica.

Our first BirdShack location opened in April 2022 at the Whitter Village Mall, Montego Bay, marking the start of a mission to bring our Cajun spiced, world class fried chicken meals to communities across Jamaica.
Since then, our rapid and strategic expansion has seen the following additional store openings:
September 2023: Barnett Tech Park, Montego Bay
February 2024: Barnett Street, Downtown Montego Bay
March 2024: Ocho Rios Bypass Road, Ocho Rios
August 2024: Red Hills Road, Kingston
